Orders are delivered daily or as per your selected subscription plan.

Delivery timings may vary based on location, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment can be made through the available online payment options (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.).

Customers can subscribe for daily, weekly, or monthly milk delivery plans.

Subscriptions can be paused or modified by contacting customer support at least 24 hours in advance.

If payment fails, deliveries may be paused until payment is completed.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed.

Refunds are provided only in cases of genuine quality issues or delivery failures.

Any complaint must be reported within 12 hours of delivery through our support team.
